Victor moved to the Island in 1990 to marry a local girl and raise a family. In the intervening years he gained experience in real estate, mortgages, and financing, building both personal and professional investments. While raising two boys he has bought and sold several family homes and experienced it all from a clients point of view. He understands the pressures and fears that this process can pose to the client, and will work tirelessly to provide the best experience at the best possible rate. He respects and encourages everyone who has the courage and perseverance to pursue their dreams of home ownership. In his early fifties he believes he has experienced or is experiencing what most will go through on their journey in life and will work with integrity, diligence, and intelligence to ensure your mortgage needs are fulfilled.
