Born and raised in Montreal, Roger is bilingual in French and English. He has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria and a Diploma in Real Estate Trading Services from the University of British Columbia. Roger served in the military for 22 years and retired at the rank of Captain. He is presently a member of the Officers' Mess in Esquimalt, Gorge Vale Golf & Country Club, the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals, and serves on the Board of Directors for The Mortgage Brokers Association of B.C. Roger is also the association Ethics Chairman.
Roger donates a great deal of his time to the community. Roger is also a Platinum sponsor and a board member of Golf for kids which donate over $300,000 annually to the Help Fill A Dream Foundation for Children with life threatening illnesses, one of his favourite charities.
